It's been years since I've seen woodchip on every wall. The modern kitchen was spacious, the appliances adequate. The bed however was extremely comfortable, unfortunately the same could not be said for the rest of the furniture, the settie in the lounge was by far the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. Good base to explore the area from, would prefer to go up market next time though.

Property was as described. The standard of cleanliness was poor, kitchen and cutlery drawers were dirty. Oven was not clean. The hob splash back was splattered with grease, the kitchen floor under the sofa hadn’t been cleaned - items and dirt present. Bedroom window was dirty. Communal entrance hall was dirty. Back garden was an asset but lacked care and attention.
