Filey 3 miles. This modern, spacious first floor apartment is situated on The Bay holiday village, just three miles from the traditional seaside town of Filey. With light and spacious accommodation, this lovely apartment is ideal for families wishing to enjoy the extensive on-site facilities, along with direct access to an expansive, beautiful sandy beach. There is a large open plan living area, furnished and decorated in a contemporary style, with a well-equipped, galley-style kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating, while the double bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite shower, in addition to a family bathroom. There’s also an adult bunk room available, along with a double sofa bed in the sitting area to enable flexible sleeping arrangements. Outside are extensive communal grounds with two lakes, barbecues and picnic areas for guests, while the popular pub and cafe are just a five minute walk. On the complex is a leisure centre with a large indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room, which guests have unlimited access to. Outdoor pursuits include tennis courts, a fishing lake and putting green, or why not relax with a beauty treatment, and children may wish to partake in a snorkelling lesson? A pleasant stroll brings you to a glorious Blue Flag beach, whilst the traditional charm of Filey will not fail to please, with its pretty promenades, colourful beach huts and unique coble landing for fishing boats. Go rock pooling and crabbing on Filey Brigg, take an invigorating clifftop walk or visit the animal park. A little further along the coast lies Flamborough Head and Bempton RSPB Reserve, abounding with nesting seabirds on the chalk cliffs, including puffins in the summer months, a sight not to be missed! With the larger resorts of Scarborough and Bridlington close by and the rolling countryside of the Wolds to explore, this welcoming apartment provides an ideal base for an excellent holiday.

The traditional seaside resort of Filey offers a beautiful sandy beach, individual shops, promenades, pony rides on the beach, children’s play areas and crazy golf. Nearby is Flamborough Head, which has high cliffs with exhilarating walks, and Scarborough is within reach.
