With excellent on-site facilities available, the accommodation is perfect for an active or relaxing family holiday, with private access to a superb Blue Flag beach in just a few minutes walk. With a nautical theme running through, this bright and cheerful beach house offers luxurious living, with a spacious open-plan living area. It incorporates a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and comfy seating set around a cosy woodburning stove - just right to toast your toes on cooler evenings! Large glass patio doors open onto private decking where you can sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Both bedrooms continue this lovely seaside theme with blue and white hues running through them, one with an en-suite and additional TV and the twin with convenient Jack-and-Jill access to the family bathroom. With quality beds and linens in both, guests are assured of a good night's sleep. A five minute stroll brings you to the hub of this holiday village, with a pub, cafe and pharmacist on site, along with a lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Surrounded by communal grounds, there are two lakes, picnic areas and a host of outdoor activities to enjoy, including tennis, bike hire and fishing. The long, safe and sandy beach stretches for miles and is ideal for children and four legged friends, whilst the traditional seaside town of Filey offers two fine promenades, pretty ornamental gardens and a unique cobble landing where boats are launched. Go crabbing in the rock pools, take a bracing cliff top walk on the Brigg or just relax by the sea. If you have time, there are a wealth of nearby attractions, including Bempton RSPB Reserve, the stately homes of Sledmere House and Burton Agnes Hall and the rolling countryside of the Wolds to explore. A brilliant base for a varied holiday, anytime of the year.

Filey is a seaside resort offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, filled with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels. This small town is family orientated, with donkey rides available on the beach, children’s play areas, crazy golf and candy floss. A short drive brings you to the busier town of Scarborough where for family fun you can visit the Alpamare Waterpark.

Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room.

The gymnasium will still be accessible.
However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday.

Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.
