Really warm welcome from Zak and lots of unexpected essentials and treats. Lots of space for a family of 5 with 4 adults and a teenager. Really well thought out and great facilities. We would go back...

(I'm a professional plumber). We did struggle with the road noise due to the cottage being on a busy road and it having a thin wooden front door. It literally feels like you are sitting on the pavement especially when the large lorries drive by which is every few minutes. We noticed that the first floor smoke alarm was missing from it's base plate. The cottage is very cosy a good size for a family and well positioned for exploring the Yorkshire moors and coast line. The road noise however would deter us from a re visit.
