Really enjoyed our stay here. Wish it could have been longer. Loved the big fireplace, flagstone floor, iced sponge was brilliant nice touch. Plenty of hot water. Visited helmsley lovely village. Had dinner at the plough inn 15th century inn delicious. Didnt have time to visit any where else. So many places i wanted to see so will have to go back and stay longer.

The presence of horses was a real bonus, and the whole 'complex' was fascinating' Location was very convenient for moors etc. Setting idyllic and good for dogs as you could excercise them on their land .
