Little Windor is a stone built cottage which has recently been refurbished and furnished to a high standard. It has plenty of character and charm and retains many of the original features, such as original beams to the ceilings and stripped wooden floors to the lounge and bedrooms.  There is a comfortable lounge complete with an open fire and a light and airy dining kitchen.  The Cottage has a paved terraced patio to the rear.  Little Windor is located close to the pubs, tea shops and Middleham Castle, once the childhood home of Richard III.  The popular market town of Leyburn is less than three miles away.

ground floor:

Entrance: Hallway with coat and boot storage.

Lounge: Open fire (welcome pack of fuel provided), TV with Freeview, coffee table, bookcase, comfortable seating, stairs to first floor.

Kitchen:  Electric oven, grill, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Nespresso coffee machine, dining table and chairs.

first floor:

Bedroom 1: Zip and Link beds (can be super king-size or twin), built in wardrobe with shelving, shower cubicle (with remote start button)

Bedroom 2: Zip and Link beds (can be super king-size or twin), hanging space, chest of drawers.

Bathroom: Bath, washbasin, toilet. 

Pets:  One dog welcome.

Parking: On street parking outside the property on a first come first served basis, further free parking in the market square 200 yards away.

Heating: Open fire (welcome pack of fuel provided).  Modern electric panel heating.

Garden/Patio:  Enclosed terraced paved patio area to the rear.  Gas barbeque. Garden furniture including tables and chairs and a bench with cushions provided.

Short Breaks: Short breaks not accepted at peak times.

Shop: 0.2 miles. Pub: 0.2 miles.
