Outside, the garden is equally as beautiful, with a selection of mature plants and shrubs which burst into colour in the summer months offering a picturesque spot for a meal alfresco.

Avid walkers will be thrilled by the array of trails passing through the village including the Lady Anne Clifford Way, the Millennium Trail and the Triangle Walk. Visit the iconic Malham Cove (16.5 miles) and you’ll get to experience the breathtaking scenery of this unique geological formation which includes an amphitheatre, waterfall and dramatic valley views. For a little history, head to Bolton Castle and you can explore the grounds, experience falconry at its finest and stop off in the tearoom for a tasty treat.
