Bideber Mill cottage is peacefully situated in 8 acres of the owner’s private grounds and is surrounded by open countryside and spectacular scenery with walks and bridleways from the doorstep. Offering well-equipped, romantic accommodation, perfect for couples wishing to explore this peaceful area. The cottage dates back to the 1500’s and still holds much of its character with beamed ceilings and stone flagged floors. With quality oak furniture and comfortable seating, the cottage is an ideal place to cosy up in after a full day exploring this beautiful area. The Three Peaks, Dent and Hawes are only a short drive away
There is a shop selling local produce, coffee shop/cafe and pub just 1 mile away and Ingleton, famous for the glistening waterfalls, glens and caves and the elegant town of Kirkby Lonsdale 'Gateway to the Lakes' are just a 10-minute drive away. This cottage can also be booked with DS334 Sunset View, sleeping a total of four people in two cottages.

Lovely quaint and quiet cottage. 5 star review The property was very much as described, it was clean and well maintained it had all the facilities described, even some extras such as books, reading materials and music for the hi-fi. The welcome basket also proved useful. Julie and Vince were most helpful. The property is ideal for two persons and we would have no doubt recommending this to friends and relatives. Our favorite room was the bedroom ( I hope that doesn't sound wrong) but it has a very high ceiling giving the room a great airy feel with the exposed beams. The property is down a very quiet lane off the main A65 but only a short drive from most places where we did a number of walks - its only half an hour in the car to Windermere and the Lakes. Supermarkets, takeaways and restaurants are quite near (5-10 minutes) in the car up or down the A65 so you will not go hungry. Thank you for a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.
