Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise Woodbottom Farm for its spaciousness, cosiness, and suitability for large groups and dogs. The property's peaceful location, adjacent to beautiful woods, and the welcoming hosts, Neil and Sharon, are frequently mentioned. The farmhouse's character and well-equipped facilities contribute to an enjoyable stay, with special mentions of the live music entertainment provided by the hosts.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews consistently describe the property as spotlessly clean, with guests appreciating the well-maintained and tidy environment. One minor issue mentioned was running out of toilet roll, but this does not detract significantly from the overall high standards of cleanliness.

The property is lauded for its peaceful setting in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales, with lovely walks nearby. Despite some initial concerns about nearby industry, guests feel a million miles away once at the property. The proximity to Holmfirth and local parks adds to the appeal.

Guests find the farmhouse very comfortable, with large bedrooms, a cosy living room with an open fire, and a good-sized enclosed garden. The property's ability to accommodate different family generations and the provision of a downstairs bedroom and WC for elderly guests are particularly appreciated.

The property is praised for its well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable bedrooms. Some guests suggest minor improvements, such as the addition of a hot tub and more cooking utensils, but overall, the facilities meet the needs of guests very well.

The hosts' thoughtfulness is evident in their friendly assistance and the provision of emergency dog biscuits. While live music entertainment is highly praised, it is important to note that such personal touches may not be guaranteed for every stay.
