Snaptrip says

The Button Box is a well-received cottage offering a comfortable stay with thoughtful touches like a starter pack of groceries. It's praised for its peacefulness, cleanliness, and the comfort of the bed. Some guests suggested improvements in storage and bathroom facilities, and noted the tight parking space.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage to be clean, with only a few remarks about specific areas needing more attention, such as the kitchen utensils and the bathroom. The overall impression is of a well-maintained property.

The location is appreciated for its quietness and proximity to local attractions, although some guests mentioned the hilly area and the challenging access lane. The necessity of a car for outings was noted.

Guests enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the overall cosiness of the cottage. However, the lack of storage space and the size of the shower were points of discomfort for some.

The cottage is equipped with essentials, and guests appreciated the extra touches. However, comments about the need for a washing machine, better kitchen cleanliness, and more storage suggest that there is room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

The hosts were commended for their thoughtfulness, providing a starter pack of groceries. It's important to note that such gestures are appreciated but may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Bathroom needs a good clean around base of tray by toilet. Needs shelf in bathroom Needs drawers or storage in bedroom, we were there a week and had to live out of suitcase Oven needs a good clean as it smoked when we turned it on to warm up which set off the smoke alarm

The only downfall we found was the parking, our car is only small, but it was still tight getting in and out of the space due to the caravan that is parked at the side.

Small but perfect and a bit of a tardis to be honest...plenty of space (not so much in the shower when you're 6ft7 tho haha). It was quiet, even though surrounded by houses, and the views were gorgeous. For such a cosy place, it's still massively well equipped with everything you need, even thoughful touches like milk, bread, butter, little jams and some fresh orange juice....and we kept saying "we could live here"...thank you for a perfect little holiday....would love to return again soon.
