The Coach House sits above the former stables of the impressive Undercliffe House, where the owners now live, and it was once the residence of the estates gardener. Inside you will find a comfortable family room with a king size bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the sitting room, making this property the ideal social space for a family holiday. When you've prepared a hearty meal in the well-equipped kitchen, the cosy sitting room also offers a dining area to enjoy dinner with your loved ones, or the French doors in this room lead to a patio, where you can dine alfresco with a glass of something cool. There is also secure storage for bikes, making this property a great choice for cycling amongst the trails where once the Tour de France route passed, with amazing views around every bend. Holmfirth sits in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley, just north of the Peak District, an area renowned for its stunning scenery and dramatic landscapes - so why not pull on those walking boots and discover all that this splendid area has to offer, No matter what you decide to do when on holiday, The Coach House is sure to provide the perfect base for a rural retreat at any time of year.

The Pennine town of Holmfirth, famous as being the setting of Last of the Summer Wine is situated in the heart of the Holme Valley. The town has old stone cottages, winding streets, a number of festivals, a public swimming pool, shops and restaurants.

Note: The property is accessed by 19 stone steps, with hand rails to each side.

People with walking difficulties can contact office to arrange alternative access to the property (avoiding 18 steps via level access) .

Note: Tour De Yorkshire Cycle Race will be taking place between 30th April 2020 and 3rd May 2020.

On the 2nd May 2020 the race will come directly passed the property.
