Cottingham is an attractive village on the northern outskirts of Kingston upon Hull, on the edge of the Yorkshire Wolds. Cottingham has a selection of shops, pubs and eateries, and the amenities of Hull, including restaurants, theatre, museums and The Deep are easily reached. Further afield, yet still an easy day trip, are the city of York, and the coastal resorts of Hornsea or Bridlington.

    The only issue we had were that some of the radiators didn't work but that didn't impact on our holiday and the owner was informed and gave us a few tips on how to get it working. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when we had a power cut and if we had any questions.

    The facilities are great especially bath and toilet in every room. The use of nearby Cottingham golf and leisure club facilities added benefits. Highly recommended.

    The house is a luxury size, well kept and very comfortable from the beds to the sofas. A great location near to plenty of shops, nice walks and different towns.
