Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen and discuss the days adventures together over dinner, then retire to the sitting room and put your feet up whilst you chat, enjoy a glass of wine and catch up on some TV. When the weather is fine, take dinner outside and soak up the sunshine on your own private patio. All are surrounded by an aromatic and colourful courtyard, offering the seclusion of a terrace garden in which to relax after the day’s activities. A great destination for a getaway exploring East Yorkshire and all the attractions of the grounds, including award winning “David Bellamy” nature reserve, a pleasant farm walk and 9-hole par 3 golf course. The market town of Beverley is easily reached with abundant amenities and attractions, or choose to venture out to the city of Hull with its cultural venues, museums, galleries and historic buildings. The Parlour offers a superb break in Yorkshire.

The market town of Beverley, with its Gothic Minster and the twice-weekly market, is a bustling place for a holiday. There is a wide range of shops, eateries and other amenities yet the town is also within reach of York, Bridlington and Hull, and all of this is surrounded by countryside just waiting to be discovered.
