Guests will find a warm and cosy sitting room, two lovely bedrooms with wrought iron beds, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom. Outside, the attractive shared garden area with valley views is perfect for an evening drink as you discuss your holiday plans, and within a short stroll is a good pub offering fine ales and hearty fare. A variety of walks can be found from the grounds of this Oakworth cottage, allowing visitors to follow the footsteps of Cathy and Heathcliff across the rugged, heather-dressed moors. Skipton is nearby with its cobbled streets and castle, offering access to the Yorkshire Dales, whilst the Victorian spa town of Harrogate boasts fabulous shops, an excellent theatre and the fantastic Royal Pump Room Museum. Oakworth is a small Pennines village just two miles from Haworth, overlooking the Worth Valley, made famous by the filming of the classic 1970 film version of E.E. Nesbitt's novel, The Railway Children.
