Jane the owner was around when we arrived and welcomed us in. We came for an early Christmas celebration with our family but also had friends staying with us during the week. The property is a great size and we were able to accommodate everyone really easily.

Welcoming and comfortable shared spaces and three great bedrooms. Great garden space outside (we went in autumn so weren't able to make the most of it). it's just a few hundred meters from the Trans-Pennine Trail, so walks from the door. The owner was lovely and communication was very clear throughout - thank you!.
