Malvern Hills is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a famous beauty spot with breathtaking views over Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

You could not fault the cottage. The only let down was the weather

Nice break in a lovely area. The site is a relatively new site and is still finding its feet. Could develop into a perfect (quiet) holiday park, in time. We received a warm welcome and information ahead of arrival, which was the perfect start to our holiday. The hot tub was a great addition and was thoughtfully located to provide (some) privacy. Unfortunately the Lodge was very overpriced for the standard of accommodation and furnishings on offer (we have stayed in a lot of lodges in UK) and the impact of pandemic has clearly hiked the prices. We realised this when we booked and hopefully in time they willl return to more proportionate charges. The lodge slept 4 people, however there was only seating for 2 in the lounge area. The lodge was not available until 5pm due to “additional cleaning for COVID”, unfortunately this was not evident and we still needed to clean the property ourselves on arrival. We did contact the site manager on our 2nd morning, as the beds were very extremely uncomfortable and we had experienced a poor nights sleep (springs sticking out of mattress). The site manager was very helpful, explaining this had not been brought to her attention before and promptly arranged for a mattress topper to be purchased that day - perfect resolution and solved the issue sufficiently for us. In summary - some teething problems but hosts agreeable to promptly rectify; understandably the site has increased prices due to pandemic; mid range accommodation in a good location.
