A charming ground floor cottage situated in the grounds of the owners' home in the beautiful Vale of Evesham in Worcestershire. The open plan living accommodation provides everything needed for a comfortable stay including a spacious sitting area, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area or relax at the breakfast bar while planning the following day's activities. A charming double bedroom has the added benefit of an en-suite shower room. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink before heading out to try one of the many excellent pubs in the village and surrounding area. The area offers guests many lovely walks and cycle routes with Shakespeares Avon Way and the Severn Way passing close by. Visit the riverside town of Pershore and Tewkesbury, Evesham, the spa town of Cheltenham and the many Cotswold villages which have remained unchanged for hundreds of years. A wonderful cottage for a romantic break at any time of year.

Defford is a small village on the edge of Bredon Hill, in Worcestershire's Heritage Garden, famous for its Blossom Trail and locally grown fruit and veg. The market town of Pershore, on the River Avon, is a short drive away, boasting Georgian architecture, a medieval Abbey and many shops, restaurants and traditional inns.All ground floor: One double bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC.

Note: Access to the main property gate is via 9 wooden steps, alternative access available for the less mobile if required.

Note: There are two steps from the open plan living area to the bedroom and three steps to the entrance of the cottage.
