Footpaths, bridleways and cycling routes are right on your doorstep in this charming village, making it popular for outdoor enthusiasts. The village has an 18th century traditional pub and a local village store, and is home to the grade I listed Parish Church of all Saints dating back to the 13th century.

The stable is a spectacular barn conversion that is definitely worth a visit on holiday, or for a long weekend break.

Broadchalke lies in a secluded valley beneath Cranborne Chase, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Village is particularly renowned for the huge number of walks in the area starting with one straight from your door across the owner’s field to the River Ebble. Further afield, but still within an hours’ driving distance of Broad Chalke are a whole host of visitor attractions-Longleat, Stonehenge, Wilton House and Stourhead.
