In a large field by itself, it has a great view of the Malvern hills. You do need appropriate shoes to get from you car to the property (no stilettos ha ha), it is about 50 yards across a field. We stayed for 3 nights beg’ march ‘24, it was cold and raining, but the place was lovely and warm. It has been decorated and equipped very thoughtfully and we wanted for nothing. The personalised greeting on a sign when we arrived, the hamper of essentials and strawberries, cream, jam and scones In the fridge were a personal and thoughtful gift. Nigel and his mum are the perfect hosts and so friendly. Nigel is also a wealth of information on the local area and can suggest plenty of country walks with the dog. We stayed for 3 nights, but we came away so relaxed it felt like longer. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we will certainly be back (when it stops raining). Thank you for a fantastic stay Judy & Marc

Gave us a brief detailed tour of the place and a lil history of the place, the lodge or self was a lovely comfy warm one, made for a perfect getaway. Will most certainly be going back again.

The lodge is small but felt really cosy and safe in the wild wind and rain. There are numerous footpaths and walks all around either directly or by a short few minute drive. My dog loved being able to have freedom in the field and Nigel, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. He was always contactable and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I hope to visit again in the summer and try out the lodge in the warmer weather.
