We did incur a problem on the first day which we had to report fairly early on a Saturday morning to Pam. She was incredibly apologetic but they made sure the problem was rectified almost immediately for which we were extremely grateful..On arrival at the property we had been left a "welcome pack" and this was very much appreciated. The Croft is a fairly new building that has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and attention to detail is excellent. The property is in a terrific location for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer and is only a short drive from the bigger towns of Stratford upon Avon and Shipston on Stour. We will definitely like to return when the weather is a bit warmer so we can take advantage of the outide Patio/Decking area.
