We found complementary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which was a nice thought from the owner. They have not skimped on furnishings as everything was good quality, we had a slight problem with the shower but the owner arrived within 5 minutes to sort it, the one problem was the garden it was not enclosed so we had to keep our dog on a lead when she wanted the loo but we have been told by the owner that he will make it secure and I believe that he will as he only opened over the last few months and that is one of the next jobs. Would I stay there again the answer to that is yes and we look forward to going back next year

Great communication from the owners. The house was immaculate, well presented and spotlessly clean. There were many lovely surprises, biscuits, cake and milk. They had thought about the little things, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, hairdryer and tea/coffee. The towels and linens were all of good quality and well presented. Teenagers were happy being able to use netflix and had good wifi. Huge secure garden for our dog was perfect. The walks along the canal were beautiful on sunny autumnal days. The Wharf inn at the end of the road does a lively pub lunch and there are great road links too. We will be back!
