We loved staying at the sails it was clean and tastefully decorated . A good location to get to torquay town centre a 10 minute walk or theres a bus stop just outside that takes you to town ,or to paignton or Brixam . There's lots of walks to do and the bay just in front of the apartment is to die for not to busy or crowded. If you go left out of the gates a 10 minute drive and your in babacombe ,absolutely beautiful.

The location of the property is away from hustle and bustle of the town with wonderful sea views which are very relaxing to watch when having breakfast! Allocated onsite parking is a bonus. The apartment is has everything you need for a good self catering holiday, was clean and comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphere/decoration. Have stayed at The Balcony many times and have always enjoyed the holiday - it's a wonderful apartment to return to after a day out and just chill.
