A wonderfully spacious, semi-attached holiday home above the town of Torquay, conveniently situated within walking distance of Torquay's town, seafront, marina, harbour and beach. Avienne is a perfect retreat for families and groups in an ideal location!

Just a stone’s throw away from the town centre and Torre Abbey Sands, this cosy 4-bed holiday home with enclosed sunny courtyard and hot tub offers a relaxing holiday in Torquay.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious welcoming hallway with space for shoes, coats and bags, stairs to 1st floor. In the under stairs cupboard you will find a vacuum cleaner, mop and ironing facilities, as well as travel cot, high chair and stair gate. There is a ground floor WC with a hand basin. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with a full range of appliances if you wish to have home cooked meals during your holiday. There is a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and even a coffee maker for filtered coffee. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for your use. You will also find a sitting room on the ground floor - for gaming/PS3 (please bring your own controllers), working or just relaxing. Further on a spacious lounge-diner can be found. You can enjoy family time together, reading a book, watching a TV or dining all together. From the living area there is a French door for easy access to the outside courtyard area. There is a sun-room next to the dining area featuring a sofa and armchair for just relaxing and enjoying. If you have not got the holiday feeling, use one of the French doors in the living room or sun-room to get to the pretty courtyard and have a relaxing soak in the hot tub!

The outside space with tiled patio area, hot tub and shed is a sun trap, shining down almost all day long. Lovers of water sports will find the walk through 'lean-to' useful for storing your gear. In the summer season a BBQ is also provided, and the shed will also be equipped with a fridge and plastic tableware for alfresco dining.

On the first floor of Avienne you will find all four bedrooms and the family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC and hand basin. The master bedroom features a King size bed with bedside tables, spacious wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, mirror table and en suite with shower, WC and wash basin. Further on the floor you will find double bedroom with clothing shelves and far reaching views from the window, a spacious Twin room with bedside tables, chest of draws and a wardrobe. For younger group members there is a room with bunk beds featuring clothing shelves.

The many restaurants bring out the West Country flavour in a diverse range of cuisine from award winning fish & chips to Internationally inspired gastronomy. From air displays to cultural events, this seaside resort knows how to cater to everyone's tastes, and it certainly knows how to party, too. For water sports, fishing and sailing, Torquay, Paignton & Brixham have a fabulous choice of beaches, while the evenings provide fine dining, theatre, cinema and star studded shows for all the family, all just a walk away on the sea front down below.
