Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Excellent location. Although close to the high street we didn’t find the area noisy. It is convenient for the walk along the cliff and to the beach.

Wow! what an amazing, beautiful Cottage! Really felt at home here, so did Lily our little Springer Spaniel! Next door neighbours (Ralpf+wife) really lovely and friendly too! We had lovely walks down to Oddicombe beach, met the local seal one evening laying on the steps by the fishermen. The weather was good, but we really enjoyed a lazy wet afternoon in the Cottage as so lovely and homely! Love all the ornaments and decor, really inspired and going to make similar changes to our home now!!! thank you!
