We booked this week as a family get-together to celebrate a 60th birthday and, as it turned out, a honeymoon. The property was first rate and offered great facilities that we all enjoyed especially the swimming pool and hot tub. In fact it was so spacious that we almost lost little Amelie when attempting to go out for a meal in a local restaurant. This property was absolutely ideal for the purpose and we will have great trouble finding anywhere as good for a future holiday together.

The property, Singleton Manor, is simply stunning! We arrived to a warm welcome from the owner, Lynn, who explained briefly the workings of the house - then left us to it. It was good to know that she was on hand (next door) in case a problem arose. Fortunately it didn't. Sadly the weather was atrocious but that did not detract from the enjoyment of our weekend - it was a significant birthday for my husband and we had most of his family with us. The pool and hot tub provided welcome relaxation - and despite the number of our party, plus a few extra guests for the big day, we never felt crowded.
