When the weather beckons you outside, the modest rear courtyard makes a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine, and the furniture means you can while away quiet evenings over a glass of wine or two while the children dream of their adventures.
Lifebuoy Cottage welcomes dogs as warmly as their owners, and the enclosed courtyard means you can let your pet stretch his legs in between walks along the nearby coast path. Torquay’s home to more family attractions than you can experience in one visit, including Torre Abbey House & Gardens, Babbacombe Model Village, Kents Cavern and Living Coasts. Better still, many of them are within walking distance from this popular cottage.

...the harbour and the shopping centres. Probably a mile to the station which only cost GBP5 in a taxi. The cottage was well appointed except it had no wi-fi. As we are from Austalia we need that and so would our friends so that is the only reason we would not recommend it. Also there was a smell in the cottage when you walked in. After being in there you would not notice it but it probably needs a good airing. If you don't need wi-fi then this is the cottage for you. Submitted by Jennette on 09/11/2014
