About this property

An elegant property, once part of the old villa which has been beautifully converted into just six apartments

This family-friendly property, perfect for a group of four, sits within the gated grounds of an elegant Victorian villa on the edge of town. One of six apartments in a private courtyard setting, this two-bedroom holiday home has ultra-cosy living spaces where guests can catch up comfortably.

At one end of the open-plan living space, the lounge area offers a choice of contemporary seating and a TV, and at the other end, a dining suite sits before floor-to-ceiling windows that add lots of lovely natural light to every mealtime gathering. Share catering duties in the modern kitchen that’s close by' a separate utility room houses a washing machine and convenient downstairs WC. When it’s time to sleep, two pleasant bedrooms await on the first floor: one is a double, the other has a double and a single bed with French doors and a window that allow plenty of light. A smart, tiled bathroom completes the accommodation. A private patio area to the front of your holiday home will be the setting for al fresco get-togethers and is fully enclosed for added peace of mind. Beyond this is a courtyard shared with the other properties within the villa redevelopment.

Warberries is a highly-regarded residential location' a wooded, hillside conservation area home to a number of elegant villas. Enjoy a host of picturesque walks nearby: pretty Anstey’s Cove is 1 mile, and Meadfoot Beach is 1.5 miles away. A similar distance downhill is Torquay’s bustling harbour, where leisure yachts and fishing boats share the waters and there are shops, bars and eateries to suit every taste. Was an amazing stay and it felt like I was just as home relaxing. Everything you need was provided, was definitely worth the money.

This was a lovely, clean property in a very quiet area yet just a short walk from the town centre (Beware of the uphill walk back though - that was a killer!!). The property was like a home from home with everything you'd need. There was tea, coffee and milk there when we arrived which we were so grateful for after a long journey! Beds were all comfortable and there were blankets in case you need them. We would definitely stay again

Lovely clean and comfortable house, maybe an update on the bathroom needed though, shower would make a huge difference. Definitely not for anyone with mobility problems if you want to walk to the harbour.
