If you fancy a more relaxed evening, why not put your feet up with a takeaway and a DVD? A third bedroom is located on the first floor up the elegant spiral staircase.
This stylish bungalow also has both front and back gardens, ideal for the warmer months when you want to soak up some rays. To the front there is a furnished lawned area and to the back of the property you’ll find a Mediterranean style courtyard with patio table and chairs. This charming space acts as a welcome sun trap, perfect for a spot of lunch or an afternoon with a glass of wine and a good book.
Located in a quiet, residential area of Paignton, this is the perfect destination for a family getaway. Primley Park with its beautiful meadows and woodland is on your doorstep and is a fantastic spot for spotting local wildlife. Paignton’s town centre and beaches are also just a 15 minute walk away.
The upper bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for children or those with limited mobility.

A lovely bungalow with superb sea views. The photo's don't do it justice. Very spacious, well laid out and nicely decorated. The main bedroom is spacious with a comfortable King-size bed with views over to Torquay. Comfortable leather settees in the lounge with views over to Brixham, right along the coast to Berry head. Spacious dining room with views over to Torquay. Only gripe is shower, just a dribble, and the property manager eventually rang us just as we were about to set off on our holiday to let us know the key safe number to get in the bungalow. (Had decided to ring blue chip holidays the night before to get it). But apart from that we had an excellent holiday.
