The situation of Oldway is also excellent being just a short level walk to the very child friendly and sandy Paignton Sands and also having a great selection of everyday shops very close by ideally catering for holiday visitors. Buses for Torquay and Brixham are also easily accessible so that travelling around the bay is very simple if you want to leave the car behind.
Overall Oldway apartment offers super holiday accommodation for a couple or a small family looking for good quality and convenient base for a visit to the English Riviera.
Living/Dining Area
In the living area it has a wooden floor . There is a two seater sofa and an armchair. Fully equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The dining area has a wooden table with four chairs. This area is lit by dual aspect windows.
Kitchen
This modern and stylish kitchen has an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.
Sleeping
The master bedroom has a king size bed (zip link bed) with bedside tables. The second bedroom has a double bed restricted access to one side for adult.
Bathroom
It has a bath with shower over and washbasin. There is a separate cloakroom with WC and handbasin.
Outside
This property has a large furnished rear garden.
Parking
Private parking to small Garage only (2.1 meters x 1.8 meters). You are able to park across the road from Oldway all weekend, but from Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm, parking is limited to 2 hours with no return within 2 hours. Laura Grove, is a 2 minute walk away from the property and you are able to park here at all times, with no restrictions

Susan and myself always stay at holiday flats all around the country,we love the total freedom staying in a flat gives you. The flat at Oldway we both agreed has to be the best we have ever stayed in. The flat on arrival was absolutely immaculate, The kitchen was equipped with every item you could wish for. Both bedroom's very spacious,and the beds extremely comfortable,lovely bathroom and separate toilet. We both had a wonderful week in Paignton none stop sunshine and the flat was the icing on the cake. We will be in touch with Sarah and Andy next year because we would love to book this flat again hopefully for a longer stay. Thank you Sarah and Andy, best wishes Allan and Sue.

Lovely holiday let - Great location close to the beach, apartment very spacious , lovely and clean. Massive garden. Our stay there was great and would stay there again.

A lovely clean apartment, fully fitted with everything you could need. The kids loved the box games. The only issue was parking, as my car was to big for the drive (I only have a Ford mondeo). Parking on the street was only between 6pm and 8am Monday to Friday.
