...to end of our holiday also were the property management who were very prompt in correcting a couple of small issues we had we would definitely recommend Blue Chip and Carlton Manor just wish this property had wi-fi and additional parking space but all said we would stay here again thank you for a fab holiday see you soon the Cooper family Submitted by Jackie on 04/05/2015

... We were 99% impressed with the flat and would go again, but I will point out the negatives in a bit. Central for Paignton and away from the hussle bussle. Parking sometimes a problem as 2 cars were always parked in the "turning and unloading only" next to our parking spot, which made parking sometimes awkward! word of warning I hope they have sorted this out by the time you go!) one of the wooden stairs slops and for someone unsure on their feet you could slip. also the wooden stairs do get slippery when it rains. Inside, very nice (although the laminate flooring had not been cleaned when we arrived) and mostly spotless. very good facilities except there were no instructions for the washer/dryer so although we managed to wash ok we couldn't get the dryer to work. The ignition on the cooker top did not work either, but as we ate out most days it was ok. One night we had very heavy rain and the en-suite extractor fan leaked rain water all over the floor!! I reported it, but as it didn't rain again I don't know if it was fixed. The Henry vacuum cleaner stank - needs a good clean - and nothing to mop the laminate floor with.
