The two bedroom cottage is the former Housekeeper's quarters within the Old Vicarage and has its own entrance, garden and off street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Visitors can also act like lord of the manor by taking a trip around the grounds in a horse drawn carriage.

Torquay seafront is within a 15 minute walk and the shops, restaurants and attractions of the town centre are a further 10 minute walk away.
