This is a beautifully presented and lovingly restored holiday home. The views are spectacular, the fixtures, fittings and furniture are of the highest quality, and the space to roam around barefoot, both indoors and out, is bountiful.

Rain or shine there is an exciting variety of places to relax and take in the views and also plenty to entertain the whole family. Outside there are decked areas, patios, a garden laid to lawn, a barbeque area and several toys and games for the young, or young at heart. Whatever the position of the sun or direction of the wind, you will be able to find a comfortable place to while away the time.

Indoors you are also spoilt, with a choice of relaxing in the huge open plan kitchen and dining area or retreating to the formal lounge. The sophisticated décor and attention to detail are perfectly matched to the house’s special location and the views across Brixham marina, out to sea and across Torbay are superb.

The property especially welcomes families, with a cot and highchair provided along with a bottle steriliser, hand blender, video baby monitor, changing mat, pushchair, bathroom steps, top and bottom stairgates, toys and games, a childrens trampoline and playhouse, PS3 and DVD's all available for use.

Guests will not want to leave Sunnycroft, but when they eventually do, they will take away with them great memories of light flooded spaces, spectacular views and the restorative atmosphere. This is a delightfully easy house to live with and to feel relaxed and at home in and the combination of; location, space, views and plentiful secure off road parking make it a true gem of a destination.
