The open plan living space is flooded with light from multiple angles and the full width bi-fold doors encourage you to kick off your shoes, and wander uninterrupted from the inside, straight out into the wonderfully landscaped rear garden. The space is more of an outdoor living room than a garden, with stylish low set seating, up lighting and vibrant planters.
The log burner, surround sound TV and Wi-Fi speaker system will provide plenty of warmth and entertainment when the weather encourages you to stay indoors, particularly in the winter when this most adaptable of houses will be just as cosy as it is cool in the summer months. There are striking marina and sea views from three of the four bedrooms, and the full width feature window in the master bedroom is fantastic.
The location of Mariners Reach is ideal, so you can forget the car and stroll on foot to all the local amenities and attractions within minutes’, this includes the acclaimed Breakwater Beach with its excellent bistro and the open air lido at Shoalstone. Access to the South West Coast Path is almost immediate and the walking up and around Berry Head is an excellent way to enjoy more of the heritage that Brixham has to offer.

...the bedrooms over the bay ,the downside about the accommodation is it advertised for eight people and the problem we encountered was not enough towels ,cutlery and toilet rolls also not enough instructions for the heating. Submitted by Brian on 19/11/2016

...of Brixham Harbour. The property is beautifully furnished and offers a touch of luxury. The bi-fold doors to the patio area make the most of the indoor/outdoor space. The view from the master bedroom is just as good as the photographs and a relaxing breakfast in bed is the order of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I would however say that although the property benefits from a double driveway getting on and off the drive can be difficult due to to parked cars on the road outside. Submitted by Sue on 12/09/2016
