Parkham Villa is a grand five bedroom regency villa located on the edge of Brixham town. The beautiful living rooms and spacious open plan kitchen and dining room add to the great character of this affectionately restored house.
All rooms have been tastefully restored to a very high standard and with 3 en suite double bedrooms, plus a family bath room and additional shower room on the ground floor, staying at Parkham Villa is like having a mini boutique hotel all to yourself. The property is ideally situated within walking distance to Brixham harbour which offers a fantastic choice in shops, cafes and restaurants.
A refundable £200.00 security deposit is required on all bookings.

Parkham Villa is the perfect base for visiting the great beaches in the area. Breakwater Beach is only a five minute drive away. There are numerous family friendly attractions within easy reach of Brixham including Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Waterpark at Quaywest.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing time at Parkham Villa. We all needed a rest before my mommy's last chemo. We walked, took our youngest Crabbing ate beautiful meals and toured the local area. Fantastic place to stay for family that enjoy the nicer things. We loved using the AGA and hopefully I've convinced my hubby I can't live without one! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us, for the fantastic facilities and making my mommy's time there so special. Thank you to Bluechip who were absolutely fantastic throughout. We will be back! X X

We stayed at Parkham Villa as a group of 4 couples, we were all very impressed with everything about the villa. All rooms were airy and well equipped.....especially the kitchen. We loved cooking on the aga. Each of the 4 bedrooms we used were pretty and immaculately clean, we loved the fact that each of our bedrooms had its own bathroom.... Great when holidaying with friends.

A fabulous house, fully equipped with everything you could need, just what we wanted for our family get-together. The kitchen is definitely the heart of the home in this kitchen; we hardly left it! Thank you so much, will be booking it again.
