The apartment is really nice, nicely furnished and well equipped. It's a great location, a short walk down the hill takes you to a small pebble beach, and Brixham is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

We holiday here for a week in Sept 2015. This is a new build property, and the builders are still completing the complex but we did not find this a problem and Bluechip did advise us before booking. The apartment was spot on & very well equipt, even a couple of wind up torches. Little touches like tea, coffee & biscuits provided for you along with soap, towels, dish washer tablets & washing up liquid. The complex is on a cliff side & as with many places in Brixham there are a lot of steps & very steep hills to negotiate when walking to the beach or into Brixham harbour which is only a 10 minute walk. The area is great to visit. We only used the car twice all week as the local ferry service got us to all the places we wanted to visit & at a fraction of the cost of a bus & parking fees. I would recommend this apartment as you can tell the owners really want you to enjoy your stay & we certainly did, thank you.
