Upstairs (stairgates), three bedrooms – at the front, a twin (bay window, TV/DVD) and a single, both with lovely coastal views, and, to the rear, a double with views over the garden to Brixham. Bathroom (suite with separate shower). Public children's play area, 200 yards. About 4 minute walk to Coast Path (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) which leads in around an hour to Broadsands sandy beach and café (2½ miles by car). A homely family house in a great location.

"C3 Brixham was perfect for the whole family. We were a party rangeing from Grandparents to a 3mth old and a 2year old. The enclosed garden was ideal, the position with sea views was lovely. After the walk down to the town if we didn't want to face the steep walk back the convenience of regular bus transport was ideal. Will recommend and use in the future lovely stay had by all - Thankyou."
