The bustling harbour is just a few steps away and offers a range of fantastic restaurants, quirky shops and the famous Golden Hind Replica. If you stroll along a little further, you’ll find yourself at the Blue Flag Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone sea water swimming pool.
There is a security deposit of £50 due on each booking to cover the cost of replacing the parking permit if guests forget to leave it in the apartment upon departure.

Lovely few days in Brixham at this apartment with excellent facilities in a very convenient position just a few steps away from the town and harbour. Plenty of room for the four of us as it is very roomy inside. Parking was easy although you do need to move you car during the day but really not a problem and the permit allowed us to park all over Torbay which we made full use of. All in all great value and already thinking about booking again. 10 out of 10!
