Explore the replica Golden Hind, a fascinating recreation of Sir Francis Drake's flagship and experience the decks of Tudor history. Parking: There is no allocated parking for this property and a permit is not included in the price. However the nearest car park for guests is Oxen Cove long stay and is a 10 min walk from the apartment. Short stay and weekly permits for here can be purchased off Torbay Council. Limited on-street car parking is also available free of charge.

General: WiFi not provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (please notify us if you require extra bedding for the bed settee) Baby Equipment is not provided, please bring your own. No Smoking. No Pets. Mobile Phone signal is good.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
