Millstone Cottage is a fantastic upside down cottage perfect for any holiday. This property is well equipped with four bedrooms three of which are king size sleeping a total of seven people, a driveway which can fit between three to four small to medium sized cars and outside space at the front and rear of the property. From the upper level in the rear garden you can enjoy a view of Brixham with harbour glimpses on a clear day. Millstone Cottage is situated in a residential area of brixham about a 30 minute walk from the town centre or you can catch a bus from the bottom of the road which takes roughly five minutes to reach the town. In the town you can enjoy an array of quirky shops, pirate memorabilia and highly rated restaurants. 

First Floor

Kitchen  Gas oven, gas hob, fridge, two freezers, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer.

Dining/Living Room Wall mounted smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray DVD player, radio, Bluetooth speaker.

Family Bathroom Walk in shower, w.c. and hand basin. 

Garden Entrance on first floor from the living room, enclosed two-tiered garden, first level decked with garden furniture, ground level with shed and stream (do not leave children unattended near the stream).

Bedroom 1 King size (5'), wardrobe, bedside tables.

Security Deposit this property has a £150 Good housekeeping deposit, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the balance of your holiday OR you can choose to pay the £5 per person Good housekeeping deposit waiver instead.

Bed Linen and Towels Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Notes - No Smoking. No Pets. WiFi provided. Mobile Phone Signal is Strong. Children must not be left unattended near the stream in the rear garden. 

 

Short Breaks - Short breaks are accepted in Low and Mid season. Minimum of 3 nights.
