Top Deck is a beautifully presented first floor apartment, with an enviable position in the traditional fishing town of Brixham.
Internally the apartment is finished to a high standard and boasts a large picture window and furnished balcony to take in the spectacular views of the harbour, town and out to sea.
The apartment is in an ideal location, just five minutes’ walk from the centre of Brixham. Here you will find a delightful harbour to stroll along, a selection of shops, cafes and pubs as well as plenty of restaurants serving up the catch of the day!
Several beaches can be reached within a 20 minute walk, including Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay, with the resorts offering a combined 22 miles of coastline to explore. If you can tear yourself away from the stunning natural beauty the area offers, there are an array of attractions to fill your days these include Paignton Zoo, Babbacombe Model Village, Quaywest Waterpark and several National Trust properties.
The heating at Linden Court is controlled by a communal boiler which is only turned on from October to May. During this time the level of heating can be controlled by the individual apartments. There are also independently controlled convector heaters which can be used for additional heating whenever required.
*From January 2018, guests at Top Deck have also benefited from a pressurised hot water system and mixer shower

In addition to the apartments being non-smoking (as for all Blue Chip properties), the outside spaces at Linden Court including balconies and car park are non-smoking.
Allocated off street parking for one car
The allocated parking space will fit a hatchback/saloon style car. Larger cars cannot be accommodated and would need to be parked elsewhere

...across the harbour and sea. The apartment is so well furnished with plenty of room for 2 persons and loads of storage space for clothes. There is no need to take anything with you other than your clothes and yourselves. As everything else is in the apartment for you to use, even Milk left in the fridge with plenty of packets of tea, coffee and sugar etc so you don't have to race to the shops for supplies. You can have a well-earned tea or coffee when you arrive. I liked the touch of leaving a box of Brixham toffee and fudge. We had a wonderful time in this apartment and it helped make our holiday, I would recommend it and hopefully will return for another holiday there. To book the apartment was so easy online through the Blue Chip site and they kept us upto date with everything from the time of booking to the end of our holiday. Submitted by Linda on 19/09/2016
