Brixham centre is a few minutes leisurely walk along the harbour to where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located. A few minutes walk in the other direction takes you past the marina to Breakwater Beach.

...THIS HOLIDAY WAS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED IN MOORINGS REACH AND WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. THIS VISIT WAS TO NUMBER 44 AND THE PREVIOUS ONE WAS NUMBER 42. THESE APARTMENTS ARE ALL IMMACULATE AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY. THEIR CLOSENESS TO THE TOWN, SECURE PARKING, EQUIPMENT LEVELS ARE SUPERB. THE APARTMENTS ARE MANAGED BY EXCELLENT STAFF AND THE SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND THANK BLUE CHIP FOR PROVIDING TOP QUALITY HOLIDAYS. CAN NOT FAULT THEM AT ALL. ...parents at moorings reach Brixham. The location was perfect. The apartment we stayed in was of a very high standard clean and tidy. There was coffee,tea and milk satchets to use plus a box of biscuits. The towels and Linen were clean and fresh. ...chip. The quality of the accommodation is second to none, we have used other firms but have never found the level that blue chip offer. We have used the Moorings reach flats on 3 occasions (no.56 and 44) both offer comfortable flats and views to die for. The flats have always been spotless clean. The booking process is easy and fully explained and the pictures are always true to the property. We have never been disappointed and would not consider booking with anyone else.
