The whole family or a group of friends will fit into this perfectly positioned and lovingly restored house, situated as it is in a quiet and leafy area of Torquay known as ‘The Warberries’, just a 10 minute walk down to the harbourside.
The vast open plan living space is a delightful feature of the house and doors from the lounge area open out onto a generously furnished terrace and a large level garden lawn that is enclosed on all sides by a high stone wall making it perfect for your four legged friend to enjoy his or her holiday too!
The large, elegant kitchen will delight and inspire enthusiastic chefs with granite work surfaces, LED mood lighting and an orangery that floods the area with natural light. It is worth noting that there are three fitted wine coolers in this entertainer’s dream of a holiday home!
The accommodation on the first floor is accessed via an elegant hallway which also leads onto a ground floor cloakroom and utility room. There is a beautiful family bathroom opposite the second double bedroom and an exceptional en-suite to the master bedroom which is opposite the third bedroom or children’s room, equipped with full size bunk beds and a play platform feature.

Bramhope House is an ideal family accommodation. It is a lovely spacious elegant house in a very good location, perfect for the shops, the harbour and attractions. Excellent facilities but access to central heating would have been useful to take the chill off in the evenings. This was rectified on the last day. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden and we would highly recommend the accommodation and would stay here again. The staff were extremely helpful and addressed any issues promptly.

This house had all the facilities and more!! Numerous glasses. Bowls etc no need to wash up every time!! House was spotless. Apart from our toilet didn't didn't look like it had been cleaned and the lounge floor could have been mopped to get rid of dust. the bed lining and towls were very clean and the rest of the house was spotless!! Couldn't fault, loved spending time at the house!! Would definitely go back!! A bit of a walk to the harbour especially when pushing a pram!!
