The original fireplace, again retained as a feature, has been converted to take a living flame gas fire.The modern fitted kitchen has integrated refridgerator, freezer, electric oven and halogen hob. It also has a microwave oven and a washing machine with tumble dryer.In the bathroom a modern shower unit has been installed above a modern roll-top bath. Hot water is provided on demand to the bathroom and kitchen from a combination gas boilerOutside - there is a small garden area with patio and a footpath to the rear gate. The patio, bordered by mature Fuchia bushes, is a sun trap which provides an ideal place to unwind with a glass of wine following a day spent sightseeing.
