Recently renovated, this traditional fisherman’s cottage on the outside has been transformed on the inside with interiors which are of a French-boutique style. Using a muted cream and white colour palette, S82892 is the epitome of chic with a light, bright and airy feel. Upon entering this gorgeous cottage you are welcomed into a surprisingly spacious and serene sitting room with comfy cream sofas. Leading off this room there is a door to the airy kitchen which has quality white kitchen units and wood worktops and the original brick floor which has been painted in white. A handy cloakroom on the ground floor houses a Samsung washing machine, adding to the ease of your holiday. There is also a delightful separate dining room with circular table and chairs. This room feels particularly airy with the French doors which lead out onto the pretty courtyard area with garden furniture.
Upstairs S82892 has two bedrooms both of which contain sumptuous zip and link beds which can suit many different groups of guests – choose either a super king size bed or twin beds in the master and the second bedroom can be configured as a twin bedroom or king size bed. The master bedroom has the added benefit of a shower cubicle and washes basin just off the room (whilst this is a separate area please note there is no door). The shower room is fully tiled and comes with a large rainfall shower head. The family bathroom also features on the first floor and consists of a bath tub with a large rainfall shower head above.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
