Lovely warm, spacious and well equipped apartment with a nice welcome pack. Great location close enough to town centre and sea so you really don’t need to drive anywhere. Plenty of parking on the street in front of property.

Spacious apartment with good facilities, very comfortable and clean. Only a short walk to the centre of town, we were able to park on the street outside.

I have stayed in many holiday rentals and Alice's is an exceptionally spacious, well equipped, well furnished and comfortable apartment for it's price bracket. We were supplied with a generous assortment of provisions. There is a comprehensive file of local information and instructions for all the equipment (e.g. tv and cooker). There is also a shelf of books and a cupboard of games. It is a longish walk into town (well, for me!) but if this property was in the centre of Southwold, it would probably be double the price. I hope to go back next year.
