Rest cottage is a beautiful holiday home with very generously sized rooms and a good atmosphere. The position just round the corner from the market square is central yet quiet. Quiet -that is if the neighbouring large holiday cottage is not occupied as one of their living spaces extends over the living room of Rest Cottage. The furnishings are beautiful and the storage space in both bathrooms and in the bedroom are excellent. Overall we felt the walls could do with a re-paint and the large area of damp plaster in the kitchen needs some attention other than hanging a picture over it to hide the problem

Beautiful location for cottage. Finish poor however and could do easily be fixed eg knob on chest of drawers needs glue , very uncomfortable settee(looks much better than feels) broken chair in kitchen not removed
