Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

The property was very well laid out with all the facilities that we needed. Even though the weather was very hot the property was cool upon entering and comfortable to sit in during the evening.

We loved Parrots. It was v well equipped and the layout was perfect for our 3 generation family group. It was scrupulously clean and the courtyard was attractive and well equipped with garden furniture. The location was perfect, and the private parking an important plus.We hope to return in the future XX
