    Sunshine Cottage is a terraced cottage close to the beach in the Suffolk village of Kessingland. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a large sitting room and a small garden room. Outside is an enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture. Just two minutes' walk from the beach, Sunshine Cottage is a superb family holiday home in Suffolk.

    Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways - East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.

    Kessingland is a village in Suffolk, with a sandy beach and a selection of shops, pubs and tearooms. Kessingland is between Lowestoft and Southwold, and is a great base for enjoying Suffolk's coastline.

Patio garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk.
