With its own outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and cinema there’s no reason to leave, but with a stunning beach less than half a mile away, you’ll need to peel yourself away to explore this superb area. This large detached property has spacious reception rooms for larger parties. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone to sit, relax and reminisce with a glass of wine. Patio doors open out on to the large enclosed garden where you will find the fenced outdoor pool and hot tub to relax in. The local area is packed with things to see and do including Pleasurewood Hills theme park just a 10-minute walk away, the southern entrance to the Norfolk Broads at Oulton Broad, 3 miles, Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach, 10 miles, and Somerleyton Hall with surrounding Fritton Woods, 4 miles. Beach 350 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 350 yards.

Nice house and pool/hot tub/cinema room give added value but not as clean as would expect given they have from 9am to 5pm to clean. Think owner is using Covid as an excuse - eg changed check-in/check-out times, removal of lots of equipment, games, cushions, anything that would make it seem homely. Also lack of welcome hamper blamed on Covid - that's a new one!

Very spacious property, great swimming pool and hot tub and cinema room. Next to large park area. Can walk to a beach though we preferred to drive to sandy beaches. Most Suffolk and Norfolk popular locations are half an hour to 45 mins drive. Large supermarket 5 min drive. We had a great holiday. Would just suggest some updating and brighter rooms, particularly for the inflated price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay here and were blessed with amazing weather. The pool was great and used every day as was the hot tub. The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable so was good for our party of 8. The beach towels provided were very useful. The local area provides many good facilities for days out ie Theme park, Safari, Gardens, The Broads and Yarmouth is fun for crazy golf etc. The only drawback is the price it has gone up to for next year as we were looking to book again which is very steep in comparison to this year. The property could do with some redecorating and TLC in relation to the newly listed price and if staying for 2 weeks additional bedlinen and handtowels would be appreciated.
