This was a very comfortable and spacious house in a fantastic location - very close to the amazing Pump Street Bakery and Pinneys. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which had everything we needed, relaxing by the fire and going for long walks and watching the sunset over the castle. We were even lucky enough to see seals swimming near the Butley ferry! We would definitely like to book this cottage again.

Ideal centre, lots to do and see, friendly local people excellent places to eat, Oysterage for all things fishy, Riverside tea rooms for lobster or crab sandwiches, Crown & Castle for more up market stuff. The Pump House bakery for croissants, breads etc., coffee and snacks of a very high standard, if a bit pricey!
